    Cooking Instructions (Stewing Method)

    1. Place the frozen peppers into a pot.
    2. Prepare a sauté mixture with carrots, onions; optionally, you can add sour cream or tomato paste.
    3. Pour in water to cover the tops of the peppers.
    4. Stew on low heat: 40 minutes in the summer period, or **2 hours** (2 hr) in the winter period.

    ⚠️ Important: Do not refreeze the product once thawed.
